Rates

You only pay for the time you use. With Wise Choice you only pay for time actually spent on your tasks, no money thrown away on employee downtime. Projects are billed in hourly segments. A three-hour minimum is required for all projects. You receive customized services to meet YOUR needs. Quotations are based on the type, length and complexity of your project. Each project will require a signed Independent Contractor Agreement and a small retainer before work commences. The balance is payable at delivery of the completed project.

Project expenses such as postage, printing, etc. are billed at actual cost.

Discounts

Referrals earn discounts. It's that simple. A discount will be applied to the client’s next billing statement following the commencement of work for the referred client.

Payment

Acceptable forms of payment are Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and/or American Express (via PayPal). A $30 fee will be charged for any and all returned checks. A 2% monthly service fee will be charged for all invoices over 10 days outstanding.
